Robert Longford Photography is very proud to announce the arrival of a second photographer in response to growing demand and the appetite for pushing the creativity boundries.
Joe has travelled extensively and will bring some great skills to the business. He has a number of wedding bookings for this season and already has two solo weddings under his belt with some great images to show for it as i'm sure you'll agree. Joe gives us the opportunity to offer couples the option of having a second photographer for their wedding day.
What difference will a second photographer make?
Firstly, your primary photographer will capture all those important, unforgettable moments as well as make the formal photographs engaging and more importantly fun. This will provide you with a stunning set of images that you will treasure forever.
A second photographer however, adds a new dimension to the images of your special day. For the important moments, such as the wedding ceremony, speeches and first dance the second photographer will offer a different viewpoint, therefore making your wedding images more dynamic. In addition, the second photographer can capture more of those candid shots when the primary photographer is already capturing those important moments. Similarly, the second photographer also has more creative freedom safe in the knowledge that the primary photographer hasn't missed anything. A second photographer is particularly recommended for weddings with a large number of guests, or where coverage is required in multiple locations simultaneously, such as the Bride and Groom getting ready. As a result you will be presented with more images to select for your album, ultimately giving you a wider choice of first class images.
Here is a selection of Joe's travel and wedding images from the last year.

The website has had a little revamp bringing summer freshness and flowers! I really am looking forward to this summer, the most weddings ever and a second photographer starting in a couple of weeks! Very exciting stuff.
To celebrate the sunshine, here's a photo that I took yesterday evening in a field near Gatcombe.

Couple of pics around London when I went to visit old friends for the afternoon/evening..

OK, so I didn't take any photos this year but have got together all the photos taken and edited them. 99.8% of them cannot be shown but there are a couple worth a look. Snowboarding is a great passion of mine and the one week a year I get to go is always fantastic no matter what the apartment is like and no matter what the snow is like.
I have been snowboarding now for about 13 years and every year it gets better.. despite me getting older!
Well played to the boys who made it such a good week. Thanks to Smithy's and L'Avalanche for destroying me.... again..

Thanks to Mark and Andrea for holding one of the best Halloween parties ever! Great booze, music and friends topped off by amazing fancy dress.
More photos are available on my website and I have removed watermark so all those attending can just right click and download their own photo.
If any of you want prints then let just add to basket and follow the instruction. I have done a reduced price and will give the hosts all the profit as a thank you!!

My mum and her (and our) friend Linda from canada came for photos today. A hilarious half hour of lunacy..
The first one here is a micky take of my brothers PR photos.. I think they're quite amusing! What say you James??

Took the kids for a walk to the Pepper Pot above Blackgang Chine. A great spot and a mammoth climb for little legs (not you G!) Three refreshment breaks on the way up and ice-cream bribes on the way down and they both made it. Both Erin and Toby thought a rocket had landed when we got up there.. hilarious!

The flies you can just see in the top left drove her crazy.

Toby loved the 'Rocket'

A quick snap of what we're talking about in case you're wondering what on earth the 'Pepper Pot' is.

Can't believe she's started school already! Where did the last 4.5 years go.. Anyway, here she is, looking gorgeous as always. She was most disturbed that I told her to stand in the middle of the road... very wise !

My good pal Joe (aka the Judge) visited from Oz today. I took him and his 5Dmkii & 70-200f.28L out around the Island. We had a good laugh and the biggest chicken burger I have ever seen (Buddle Inn in Niton). Not much output to speak of but worthwhile nonetheless!
